RETURNS

Please check product descriptions as policy differs per item.

Reach out to us via email at contact@gale.moda to initiate your return.

All eligible return items must be sent back within 15 days after delivery.

Made-to-order items or sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Order cancellations after 3 days will not be accepted.

Initial shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

Store credit is valid for 100 days after it is issued. We can not refund a price difference.

When returning an item for a refund or store credit, customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses and must send us the tracking number.

All items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags. If the item is not in original condition, containing any blemishes, tears, or missing pieces we have the right to refuse a refund and send the item back.


LOST AND STOLEN AND RETURN PACKAGES:

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer must open a case with shipping company.

If an item is sent back to us due to an invalid address or the carrier's inability to deliver, we will reach out to correct the issue and send your items back to you.
